Almost nothing. ATMOS has no accounts, no sign-up, no analytics trackers, no ad pixels, and no cookies set by us. Your searched locations and unit preference are stored only in your own browser (localStorage) and never sent to us.
If you tap "Use my location", your browser asks your permission and the coordinates are sent directly from your browser to the weather data providers (NOAA/NWS, Open-Meteo, RainViewer) to fetch your forecast. We never receive or store them on any server of ours.
Weather, geocoding, air-quality, map-tile and radar requests go directly to NOAA/NWS (weather.gov), Open-Meteo, Esri (ArcGIS basemap tiles) and RainViewer, which see your IP address like any website you visit. Their own privacy policies apply.
We don't sell or share personal information. Since we store nothing about you server-side, there is nothing to request or delete, clearing your browser's site data removes everything.
The site is not directed at children under 13 and collects no personal information from anyone.
